Products purchased directly from us online can be returned to us for a refund under the following conditions:
- Contact us and let us know that you wish to return your products for a refund. See contact information below.
- We will require the order number and products you wish to return when calling or emailing.
- When requesting a refund by email please put “REQUEST FOR REFUND” in the subject line.
- Products must be in unopened and in their original package.
- Refunds will be for the product only and will not include any shipping or handling charges.
- Refunds will be made using the same method the payment was made. For instance refunds from credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card with which the purchase was made, refunds from PayPal purchases will be refunded through PayPal. If original payment method is no longer available let us know and we can arrange your refund to be made by check.
- Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

Products that were not purchased directly from our online store may or may not be subject to return, based on where the purchase was made. Contact the outlet or service organization where the purchase was made to learn about their return and refund policy.
